The Fremont Residences
Aurora CO
This new-build is based in Aurora, CO in the heart of the Anschutz Medical campus. We were able to utilize lifestyle stock videos, custom drone footage and community renderings to promote the brand-new community. This promotion supported pre-leasing at the community several months before move-in.
Prism
Cambridge, MA
Prism is located in East Cambridge Massachusetts in the heart of Kendall Square. To support pre-leasing efforts for this new-build I utilized renderings, carefully selected lifestyle stock videos to combine with the vibrant colors, and custom copy tailored to support the brand identity.
Evanston Place
Evanston, IL
Evanston Place is located in Evanston IL, just steps away from the Northwestern University and Kellogg School of Management. The video was created for an annual student-run music festival called Dillo Day and was played during intermissions to reach our target audience.
